Today’s example menu is for a gentleman that would like to lose a couple of stone over the next 2 months, He is 43, 15 stone 4Lbs and he exercises once or twice a week. We are delivering a plan of around 2000 calories as per information from our online dieting calculator and advice from his nutritionist. The client prefers a dairy free plan.
