A Total Diet Food Example Plan for Saturday 4th May

Today’s example plan is actually from yesterday: Either way, it was for a female executive that works in the city. We deliver to her North London address at around 5am. She travels a lot so just lets us know which days she would like delivery on. She is not looking to lose weight, just eat healthily and conveniently so we provide a plan at around 2000 calories for her. She asked for a Gluten Free Plan and without Red Meat or cauliflower. She is allergic to nuts and despises goats cheese so we leave that out too.

Breakfast
Gluten Free Pancakes served with Low Fat Natural Yoghurt, Fruit Syrup, Fresh Mango and Blackberries

Morning Snack
Satsuma and Hazelnuts

Lunch
Quinoa, Cucumber, Chopped Tomatoes, Chickpeas and Herbs Tabouleh with Baby Plum Tomatoes and Spiced Chicken

Afternoon Snack
Gluten Free Chocolate Loaf Slice

Evening Meal
Gluten Free Rice Noodles in Laksa Sauce with Julienne Mange Tout, Sliced Baby Corn, Steamed Tenderstem Broccoli and Tilapia Fillet
