A Total Diet Food Example Plan for Tuesday 7th May
Today’s plan is for a 22 year old man who is studying for exams at the moment. He realised that with the stress of studying and his poor diet he was feeling really lethargic and was worried he was going to succeed at this important time in his life. He is now enjoying a healthy food plan from TDF and he can concentrate on revising roman history! We are providing 2350 calories per day for him and the only exception he has asked for is no cauliflower.
Breakfast
Avocado Mash, Free Range Boiled Eggs served with Wholegrain Rye Bread and Roasted Tomato Halves
Morning Snack 
Banana and Sunflower Seeds  
Lunch
Wassabi infused King Prawns with Gluten Free Rice Noodles, Sugar Snaps, Cucumber, Tenderstem Broccoli and Wassabi-Lime Dressing
Afternoon Snack
Blueberry Soya Yoghurt
Evening Meal
Chicken Chasseur served with Baby Potatoes, Broccoli Florets, Fine Beans and Sweet Corn
