Due to soon to be announced exciting developments at TDF, we were a little too busy to post an example plan yesterday. Here it is now though and we do hope you didn’t starve yesterday J
Today’s plan is for a client that wants around 2000 calories as they wish to lose weight but are excising regularly. We are also providing a high amount of protein in the plan.
Breakfast
Scrambled Egg Whites and Roasted Wild Mushrooms with Organic Wholegrain Rye Bread and Fresh Tomato Slices
Morning Snack
Sesame Pineapple and Raspberries
Lunch
Wholegrain Mustard Dressed Chicken with Pearl Barley Salad, Cucumber, Baby Plum Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Afternoon Snack
Dried Mango Soya Yoghurt
Evening Meal
Tomato, Aubergine, Courgette and Goat’s Cheese Gratin served with Stringless Green Beans
