Today’s plan is for a lady in her late 30s. She asked us for a plan of 1300 calories per day. She also asked us to leave out a variety of ingredients and for the plan to be gluten and dairy free.
Breakfast
Roasted Vegetable and Sun-dried Tomato Free Range Egg Frittata
Morning Snack
Fresh Kiwi, Strawberries and Sesame Seeds
Lunch
Smoked Mackerel with Horseradish and Dill Cucumbers, Red Pepper, Baby Potatoes and Lemon Wedge
Afternoon Snack
Thai Mango and Coconut Pudding
Evening Meal
Chicken Tika served with Fine Beans, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Wholegrain Brown Rice
