A completely wheat free plan today, supplied to a 42 year old entrepreneur in East London. We deliver 7 days per week on a 3 month plan to assist our client in his very focussed and aggressive health and fitness programme. We take advice from his personal trainer and provide around 1600 calories per day.
Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs with Chopped Spinach, Organic Wholegrain Rye Bread and Cherry Tomatoes

Spicy Lentil Salad with Butternut Squash, Organic Beetroot, Cucumber, Feta Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar
Afternoon Snack
Prune Yoghurt
Evening Meal
Thai Coconut Chicken with Asian Shredded Vegetables and Brown Rice
