This plan is for a client that has been with us since January. The client has lost 10kgs in the last 3 months and is at a weight that he hasn’t been at since his teenage years!
Breakfast

Morning Snack

Lunch
Basil Pesto Turkey Breast Salad with Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Aubergines, Roasted Courgettes Mixed Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Afternoon Snack
Tzatziki with Carrot and Cucumber Crudités
Evening Meal
Thai Style Coley Fillet with Julienne Mange Tout, Pack Choy, Broccoli and Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Noodles
