This plan is one we brand and provide in partnership with one of the UKs top nutritionists. Amelia Freer works with celebrities and generally successful people on weight loss and weight management programmes. She favours the Metabolic Balance system and we provide the food that is prescribed on this system. It is quite restrictive and there are only a few food types the clients are allowed to eat so having it cooked and delivered really ensures it’s much easier for the clients to stick to it and achieve their goals.
This particular client lost 9lbs in the first couple of weeks on the plan.
