Friday’s example plan has a very nuptial feel to it. We provide this for a young lady in her early thirties. She is getting married in 2 months’ time and obviously wants to look her best. We provide a plan at 1300 calories and keep it completely dairy and gluten free.
Breakfast
Gluten Free Pancakes with Stewed Pears, Strawberries, Natural Agave Syrup and Soya Yoghurt
Morning Snack
Grapes and Hazelnuts
Lunch
Harissa Chickpeas with Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Peppers, Cucumber, Celery and Shredded Smoked Chicken
Afternoon Snack
Herbed Cucumber and Soya Yoghurt Dip with Organic Corn Chips
Evening Meal
Spicy Pesto Prawns with Rice Noodles, Chinese Napa Cabbage, Roasted Courgettes and Aubergine
