This example plan is provided to a successful businessman that wishes to lose some weight.
He has chosen an option with meat only once a week and enjoys spicy food. We provide an extra evening snack as he often wants a little extra in the evening after a hard day working and the total is around 2000 calories.

Breakfast
Free Range Egg Omelette filled with Spinach, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Crumbled Basil Tofu
Morning Snack 
Kiwi, Strawberries and Sesame Seeds
Lunch
Lentil Dahl Soup with Organic Wholegrain Rye Bread and Cream Cheese
Afternoon Snack
Cannellini Bean Dip with Carrot and Cucumber Crudités
Evening Meal
Moroccan Braised Beef served with Broccoli, Carrots, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Couscous
