This plan is for a lady that travels daily to a variety of client sites as a consultant. This means that finding healthy food conveniently can be extremely difficult. We are providing a plan of around 1500 calories.

Asian Coconut Vegetable Salad with Free Range Chicken Breasts
Afternoon Snack
Artichoke Hearts Dip with Gluten Free Natural Corn Chips
Evening Meal
Keftedes (Greek Meatballs) on Gluten Free Brown Rice Spaghetti served with Fine Green Beans, Broccoli Florets and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
