An example Total Diet Food Plan for Monday 3rd June


This plan is dairy and gluten free and is provided to a HR Manager in East London. The lady is looking to lose some weight but not dramatically and we provide a plan of around 1600 calories. We deliver 7 days per week before 6.30am.

Lunch
Superfood Salad with Free Range Chicken Breasts and Balsamic Dressing
Afternoon Snack
Roasted Vegetable Hummus with Red and Yellow Pepper Crudités
Evening Meal
Sautéed Mushrooms and Puy Lentils Cauliflower, Fine Green Beans and Asparagus Tips
