A Total Diet Food Example Plan for Monday 17th June
Today’s example plan is for a lady that uses us only 2 or 3 days per week. Its more a treat for her not to have to cook and we provide around 1900 calories per day.

Grapes and Pumpkin Seeds
Lunch
Carrot, Beetroot and Cabbage Coleslaw with Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Moroccan Falafels and Herbed Yoghurt
Afternoon Snack
Mixed Bean Dip with Cucumber Crudités
Evening Meal
Cod Filet with Spanish Onion and Tomato Sauce and served with Roasted Vegetables
