An example menu from Wednesday 23rd January
Today we look at an example menu with the included nutritional content. This plan is for a male, 85Kgs and around 35 years old, that exercises regularly and is looking to lose some excess weight. The total caloric content is around 1300 cals. Our head chef is an expert in nutrition after many years in the industry and designs each plan according to our client’s requirements.
Today's menu features Tamari Soya Sauce Marinated King Prawns with Puy Lentils amongst other serious delights. 
Breakfast
Soya Yoghurt topped with Mixed Seeds and served with Poached Apples and Fresh Blackberries
Serve cold

Morning Snack 
Hummus with Carrot Crudités
Calories: 145, Fat: 4.8g, Carb: 22.4g, Protein: 4.7g
Lunch
Tamari Soya Sauce Marinated King Prawns with Puy Lentils, Red Pepper, Cucumber, Chilli, Butternut Squash Salad and Soya-Balsamic Dressing
Serve cold or heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. If heated please remove the dressing pot before placing in to the microwave

Afternoon Snack
Fresh Melon and Almond Nuts
Calories: 180, Fat: 12.8g, Carb: 13.9g, Protein: 5.9g
Evening Meal
Sautéed Mushrooms and Asparagus Tips with Creamy Goats Cheese, Herbed Brown Rice, Steamed Fine Beans and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Heat in the microwave for 4-5 minutes until piping hot
Calories: 392, Fat: 19.4g, Carb: 42.3g, Protein: 15.3g
