You simply have to try the Chicken and Portobello Mushrooms Pot with Steamed Cauliflower, Roasted Courgettes and Brown Rice. It’s a new meal for us and is definitely my favourite so far in 2013. The thick sauce is so tasty, I just don’t have the words to describe it!
