A Total Diet Food Example Menu from 22/01/2013
Today we have one of our ‘set you up’ for the day style savoury breakfasts which is just gorgeous, Sesame Chicken with Organic Rice Noodles for lunch and amazing Couscous stuffed peppers.
Breakfast
Portobellino Mushrooms topped with Ricotta and Walnuts and served with Roasted Tomato Halves and Organic Rye Bread
Morning Snack
Black Seedless Grapes with Pumpkin Seeds
Lunch
Sesame Chicken with Organic Rice Noodles, Pack Choy, Cherry Tomatoes, Julienne Carrots, Mange Tout and Thai Dressing
Afternoon Snack
Banana and Sultanas Spelt Muffin
Evening Meal
Couscous Mix Stuffed Peppers topped with Organic Buffalo Mozzarella and served with Roasted Courgette and Aubergine
