A healthy breakfast of almond milk, stewed apple and fresh strawberries oatmeal


Snack of chicken salad

Dinner: Grilled swordfish steak with spiced quinoa, grilled aubergines, roasted peppers, parsnips and green beans 

Kiwi and walnuts 

The full days plan:
Breakfast: almond milk, stewed apple and fresh strawberries oatmeal 

Lunch: stir fried beef salad with beetroot, radishes, sweet potatoes, lollo rosso salad and horseradish vinaigrette 

Dinner: Grilled swordfish steak with spiced quinoa, grilled aubergines, roasted peppers, parsnips and green beans 

Snacks:
Kiwi and walnuts
Chicken salad
