An example of a full days meal plan for a client :)

Chicken with carrots, broccoli and plenty of fresh herbs 


A delicious and healthy fruit and nut bar as a snack

Minced turkey roll with butternut squash, beetroot, radishes, yellow pepper and preserved lemon dressing 


An example of a clients full diet plan for the day:
Breakfast: cereal 

Lunch: minced turkey roll with butternut squash, beetroot, radishes, yellow pepper and preserved lemon dressing 

Dinner: chicken with carrots, broccoli and plenty of fresh herbs

Snacks:
Fruit and Nut Bar
Fruit covered in sesame seeds
