A clients diet plan for the day

Breakfast: Grilled Chicken with Spinach, Avocado and Tomato
Lunch: Free Range Egg Omelette with Romaine Lettuce, Asparagus, Red Pepper, Cucumber, Apple Cider Vinaigrette and Apple
Dinner: Sirloin Beef with Curly Kale, Parsnips and Carrots  
Snacks: Raspberries
Watermelon
