There is always a lot of talk of ‘superfoods’ in the press and their benefits for our health. As the world gets smaller and our access to fresh and exciting produce from around the world has grown, we are always on the lookout for the next lifesaving berry or vegetable.
As we provide a full and balanced healthy diet, we obviously use many of these superfoods and are always keen to hear of anything you think would benefit you and our other customers. Regularly featuring in our food plan we have:
