Today’s plan is for a successful business man in his 60s. He is looking to lose some weight but absolutely loves food. To help, we provide a plan high in protein and volume but low in calories so he feels full and healthy every day. He has been with us for over 6 months and loves the convenience as well as the food.

Roasted Turkey Breast Salad with Sweet Potatoes, Grilled Aubergines, Courgettes, Baby Tomatoes, Basil Pesto and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Afternoon Snack
Tzatziki with Raw Vegetable Crudités 
Evening Meal
Spiced Coley Filet with Curly Kale, Stewed Vegetables, Green Beans and Lemon Wedge
