Many of our clients work with personal trainers and / or nutritionists. It can be difficult to follow the advice that they give you and stick to the principles prescribed and that, of course, is where we come in.
We are happy to discuss your plan with any professionals you may work with and follow their guidance for you. Delivering daily all the food they believe you should be having, cooked and prepared lovingly into gorgeous meals.
Often we receive email plans from nutritionists and PTs for their clients and we are happy to follow them incredibly closely.

Where do we source our ingredients?

One of the most common questions we are asked is regarding our ingredients and where we source them from.
What goes into our plans is obvilously vitally important to our clients and therefore to us.
Meat –
All our meat is sourced via a lovely butcher in Dulwich called William Rose. They are a soil association registered butcher that has been operating since 1862 and famed for their ethical sourcing and across the board quality.
Fish –
We take our guidance from Greenpeace on how we source sustainable fish, they say:
“In simple terms, a particular seafood is sustainable if it comes from a fishery with practices that can be maintained indefinitely without reducing the target species' ability to maintain its population and without adversely impacting on other species within the ecosystem by removing their food source, accidentally killing them, or damaging their physical environment.”
We follow thiis advice and also make sure that we don’t use fish that are on the Greenpeace unsustainable list
Fruit and Vegetables
This is a daily challenge and requires early starts and intelligent haggling! We shop around for quality foremost as it varies wildly from day to day and supplier to supplier. We do not guarantee organic as standard but can discuss this if required. Quality is our first thought.
Health and exotic foods
SMBS Foods in Dulwich
SMBS Foods is a great contact for us as the owners really know the market and source great quality Gluten Free and specialist food stuffs.
Other dried goods
We use a lovely old firm in Hertfordshire called John Mower for our spices and dried goods. They have been around a long time and the MD has been there since 1974 so they have some good loyalty. Amazingly they are not on the web which I think adds to their charm no end.

Lunch
Greek Garden Vegetable Salad with Lemon and Herbs Dressing
 Serve cold or heat in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. If heated please remove the dressing pot prior to heating
Afternoon Snack
Blueberry Yoghurt
Evening Meal
Beef Stroganoff with Fine Green Beans, Garden Peas and Baby Potatoes
