A Total Diet Food Example Plan
Today’s example plan is for a female executive, looking to lose weight in time for her wedding in the summer. We are providing a full, balanced diet, using only fresh, organic and unprocessed food. On request from the client, we provide a total of 1200 calories.
Breakfast

Feta Cheese and Shitake Mushrooms Salad with Organic Quinoa, Shredded Carrots, Kohlrabi, Asparagus Tips and Tamari-Lemon Dressing
Afternoon Snack
Homemade Prune Yoghurt
Dinner
Coconut King Prawns with Gluten Free Rice Noodles, Curly Kale, Courgettes and Broccoli
